Commissioning Engineer - Permanent - Main Contractor - Telford - Severn Trent Water Projects

You will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor based in Telford operating in the water sector. Their commitment to delivering an exceptional standard of work has positioned them as a leader in the water industry and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Commissioning Engineer to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position with flexibility to work on projects closest to home.

Your new role
As Commissioning Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Preparing and maintaining detailed commissioning records and documentation
2. Coordinating commissioning activities
3. Chairing commissioning meetings with subcontractors and the client as and when required
4. Reviewing and signing off commissioning documentation and RAMS
5. Troubleshooting and resolving issues identified during commissioning
6. Conducting pre-commissioning inspections and testing of equipment and systems.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:

1. Proven commissioning experience in the water industry, ideally on non-infrastructure projects
2. Process knowledge around treatment and water movement
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office packages
4. Full UK driving licence.
