We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our team at the Michelin starred Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge.

Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.

1. You pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge and going the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences.
2. You thrive on teamwork and support the management team to guarantee guests always have a fully positive dining experience.
3. You’re keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy, and passion for food to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved.

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

1. Have previous experience working within a Michelin Star environment.
2. Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way.
3. Are able to work effectively as part of a team and build rapport with our guests and the team.
4. Desire to continuously learn and improve both knowledge and skills.
