Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commis Chef to join the team at Benugo Maritime Museum.

Located in the Maritime Museum, we offer freshly made sandwiches, baguettes, salads, and wraps seven days a week to our visitors.

Part-time position also available, weekly payment, starting salary £11.50/hr

About the Commis Chef role:

• A passion for food and developing your culinary skills
• Food preparation, stock rotation, and food labeling
• Excellent attention to detail
• A high standard of personal presentation
• General cleaning duties
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Commis Chef within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
