Job Description

Join our dynamic culinary team as a Commis Chef in Liverpool, United Kingdom! We're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to assist in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a Commis Chef, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.

  1. Assist in preparing high-quality dishes for various outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting events
  2. Maintain impeccable food presentation standards, ensuring each dish is prepared and served to perfection
  3. Adhere to strict food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
  4. Efficiently manage kitchen stock and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organized workflow
  6. Support senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks and special culinary projects
  7. Contribute creative ideas for menu development and dish improvements
  8. Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
  9. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in multiple kitchen areas as needed
  10. Participate in ongoing culinary training and skill development programs

Qualifications
