As a Commis Chef, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations and contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence.
- Assist in preparing high-quality dishes for various outlets, including the restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting events
- Maintain impeccable food presentation standards, ensuring each dish is prepared and served to perfection
- Adhere to strict food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times
- Efficiently manage kitchen stock and supplies, minimizing waste and ensuring proper storage
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organized workflow
- Support senior chefs in daily food preparation tasks and special culinary projects
- Contribute creative ideas for menu development and dish improvements
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and assist in multiple kitchen areas as needed
