We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commis Chef to join the brigade, delivering amazing quality dishes using the best fresh produce.

• A competitive salary of £29,000+ TRONC around £6,000
• 4 on / 3 off working pattern

Our client is a luxury hotel in West Berkshire with a collection of beautiful rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage outlets and a spa.

The ideal Commis Chef will have the following:

• A strong track record working as a Commis Chef in a high-quality fresh food setting
• Experience of working with fresh produce and a passion for the best locally sourced ingredients
• Bags of positivity and a real passion for fresh ingredients
• Due to the rural location, having your own reliable transport is essential.
