Commis Chef

Main Duties:

• Follow Brand Standards in all aspects of the job role
• Promote a welcoming environment
• Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
• Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
• Support Kitchen team with maintaining a clean environment
• Clean and maintain equipment and working areas to ensure that safety and hygiene regulations are upheld.

What do you need to apply?

We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, being well presented, excellent customer service skills, and flexibility to work all shift patterns. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable.
