Commercial Valuer, Team Lead - Up to £80,000, Plus Bonus Approx. £10-20,000 - Hybrid Working

Latymer Search is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a reputable independent Chartered Valuation Surveying practice who specialize in prime/super prime loan security valuation markets in London, Greater London, and their European offices.

With a strong foothold in the residential markets, they are aiming to bring their commercial team up to a similar level and require a team leader to head up the commercial valuation department, managing a team of three.

They have established themselves as a market leader in the prime/super prime valuation market, going head to head with the largest corporate names.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the commercial valuation department.
2. Oversee a team of three valuers.
3. Ensure high-quality valuations in line with market standards.
4. Develop strategies to enhance the commercial valuation practice.

Qualifications:

1. Relevant professional qualifications in valuation surveying.
2. Experience in commercial valuation.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
