Experienced commercial lawyer – The healthcare team of this leading national and international law firm is looking to recruit an experienced commercial solicitor at Senior Associate level.

• Previous Experience: 5 PQE + - Candidates should have proven commercial contracts experience. Any experience of other specialist areas of recruitment would also be of interest.

Commercial work for NHS and other healthcare organisations

The role involves a rich mix of commercial and technology matters for a range of health and social care sector clients including the NHS Integrated Care Boards, Trusts and primary care providers. The team also advises NHS England as well as the Care Quality Commission.

The team was established over 5 years ago to give a real focus to the commercial needs of clients in this sector. The team works nationally across the firm’s office network and has developed a reputation for its collaborative approach.

The nature of the work varies from general commercial work and procurement to ‘health tech’ and life sciences procurement as well as governance and regulatory work.
