Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Solicitor role that is a fantastic opportunity to progress their current career within a well-regarded legal practice. Your day-to-day duties may include:

1. Handling a varied caseload of distribution and agency agreements, general terms and conditions, competition law, professional agreements, data protection and IP agreements.
2. Providing clients with written and verbal advice for both contentious and non-contentious matters.
3. Communicating with clients and third parties.
4. Taking part in Business Development Initiatives.
