Description

The Commercial Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
• Leading negotiations and drafting agreements in areas such as IT, data, and commercial transactions.
• Managing relationships with clients across diverse sectors including life sciences, public sector, and financial services.
• Providing strategic legal advice to help clients navigate regulatory and contractual challenges.
• Supporting business development and contributing to the firm's growth in commercial law.

Profile

The Commercial Solicitor should be:

• A solicitor with at least 5 years' PQE in commercial contracts.
• Experience in advising on IT contracts, data protection, and related areas.
• A strong communicator, with the ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively.
• Experience in sectors such as life sciences, public sector, or financial services would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with the latest legal developments and commercial trends.
