A Hertfordshire private practice requires an experienced commercial solicitor to prepare legal contracts and advise on business structures with associated protection from risks, corporate finance and M&A within an existing commercial department.

The role reports to a Partner and requires you to manage a mixed commercial and corporate caseload involving a wide range of matters such as terms and conditions, commercial agreements, business sale and purchase, joint ventures and distribution agreements.

The successful commercial solicitor will have 5 years + PQE and offer excellent drafting skills, commercial awareness and business development.

Salary dependent upon experience.
