Wild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of a Marine specialist client in their search for a Commercial Sales Manager.
Ideally, they are looking for someone with some Marine knowledge; however, this is not essential. They are looking for someone who is commercially focused, can lead from the front and drive sales.
Duties to include but not limited to:
- Identify new business opportunities through various methods including marketing, networking, and cold calling.
- Negotiate contracts with new customers.
- Manage the relationships with customers from onboarding to key accounts.
- Recognise market trends and changes and implement new sales strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content going out is relevant and current.
- Create reports on pricing and accounts.
- Forecast sales figures.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure their products are marketed effectively.
Ideally you will:
- Have experience in a Commercial Sales role.
- Have a good understanding of Marketing.
- Have some exposure to the Marine sector.
- Be a forward thinker.
