Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand their needs and provide analytical support
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies
- Create and deliver insightful presentations to senior management on sales performance and forecasts
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Monitor and evaluate the success of sales initiatives and campaigns
- Assist in the development of sales targets and quotas based on historical data and market trends
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance sales operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in sales analysis or a related role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with CRM software and sales management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
- Proven track record of providing actionable insights to drive sales performance
- Understanding of sales metrics and effective sales operations
