What You'll Be Doing

1. As a Commercial Sales Agent, you'll be handling mostly inbound enquiries and turning them into happy customers! Your mission? Maximise sales opportunities while providing top-notch customer service.
2. Engage with potential new customers and help them find the perfect insurance policy
3. Follow up on quotes and close deals like a pro
4. Hit and exceed your sales targets and KPIs
5. Stay organised with a strong sales pipeline to keep those deals rolling in
6. Learn and master the company's full suite of products (with full training!)

What We're Looking For

1. Sales superstar with experience in insurance or a similar industry (preferred)
2. Proven track record in hitting targets and smashing KPIs
3. A positive, driven, and adaptable mindset
4. Ability to prioritise and organise tasks efficiently
5. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Team player who also thrives on individual success
7. Willingness to work towards a Cert CII qualification (a bonus but not essential!)
