Are you a motivated professional with a keen interest in the culinary arts? IKEA Belfast are seeking an experienced Commercial Restaurant Manager to join our diverse and vibrant team as a Food Commercial Manager, elevating our restaurant to new heights. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, motivate and support staff, and ensure memorable dining experiences for all our guests. WHAT WE OFFER:

• The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025
• Starting salary of £30,564 per annum, final salary offer will be based on skills and experience.
• 39 hours working 5 days per week, including late evenings and alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE:

• You have been responsible for a team either in the Food Industry or Hospitality sector.
• You have experience guiding a team in an environment that is constantly evolving.
• You work well as part of a management team.
• You enjoy working through your team, motivating and encouraging them.
• You support your team effectively and see obstacles as opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY:

• You will be responsible for ensuring compliance standards are met.
• You will collaborate with other areas of the store to implement commercial strategies.
• You will work closely with the Kitchen Production Manager.
• You will contribute to the creation of various action plans.
• You will develop a capable and diverse team.
