COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE SOLICITOR - 3-8 YEARS' PQE - GREATER LONDON (WEST) – New opportunity for a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a top-tier law firm.

A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a team of high calibre commercial property specialists. The Partners at this respected top-tier law firm will support the successful Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to develop exceptional technical expertise whilst working with a wide range of clients. The work will involve a variety of transactions including the acquisition and disposal of both leasehold and freehold property and development related matters.

Applications are sought from Commercial Real Estate Solicitors with between 3-8 years’ PQE (although applications are encouraged from candidates outside of this PQE band). It is expected that the successful candidate will have experience of the following areas: sale & purchase of commercial property, retail, industrial, office or residential sites, commercial development, residential development, property finance, financing and re-financing of a property portfolio, landlord or tenant lease negotiations, agricultural tenancies, sales and purchases and options pre-emptions and overage agreements.
