Commercial Real Estate Solicitor | 2-5PQE | Essex | Regional L500 Firm

BCL Legal is working with a highly-regarded law firm, ranked in the Legal 500 for its commercial property real estate work. Due to continued expansion and success, the firm is seeking a Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE to join their well-established Real Estate team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated solicitor to join a growing department, with the flexibility to work from any of the firm's offices in Essex and the option for remote working in line with the firm's guidelines. The role offers excellent potential for career progression and development within a supportive and progressive environment.

The Role:
The successful candidate will join a team handling a diverse range of Commercial Real Estate matters, including sales and purchases, investment, secured lending, development, options and conditional contracts, as well as non-contentious landlord and tenant matters. They will work with clients across key sectors such as retail, hospitality and leisure, healthcare, and the public sector, providing high-quality legal advice on both complex and routine property issues.

Proven experience and a strong understanding of commercial property matters.
