Commercial Property Solicitor - Plymouth

Talented and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor required to join a dynamic commercial property team in Plymouth. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to work with a leading law firm, and play a key part in providing high-quality commercial property services to a diverse client base.

Role:
  • Handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters to include acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, property development, and property finance.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored commercial property advice.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to encourage business to business referrals.
Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE in commercial property.
  • Background in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions with a reputable private practice.
  • Extensive commercial awareness of the local commercial property market and the ability to take part in business development - maintaining and building new client relationships.
