Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-4PQE)
Location:Gloucester or Cheltenham, South West
Salary:Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement:Hybrid

About the Role
A new opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with NQ to 4 years’ PQE to join a well-regarded firm in either Gloucester or Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth and coordination of a busy and successful commercial property team.
The role will involve:

• Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, granting and taking of leases, corporate support, refinancing, and ongoing property management.
• Taking initial client instructions and providing commercially astute legal advice.
• Managing a varied caseload with regular client contact and relationship building.
• Engaging in negotiation and drafting of legal documentation.
• Contributing to team targets, business development initiatives, and financial performance.
• Ensuring compliance with internal systems and best practices.
• Using case management software (DPS) to maintain organised, up-to-date files and communications.

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor (NQ to 4 years’ PQE) with experience in commercial property work.
• Have strong technical and negotiation skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.
• Demonstrate excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
• Show a collaborative mindset while being capable of working independently.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have solid IT proficiency and be willing to adapt to internal systems (training provided).
• Be confident engaging with clients, networking, and contributing to team growth.
