THE ROLE

We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor/Conveyancer to join our client's thriving, long-standing business in the rural town of Tenbury Wells. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to take over an existing and diverse caseload, with the potential for a future Partnership position.


DUTIES

Your duties as the Commercial Property Solicitor / Conveyancer will include:

  1. Commercial and Agricultural Conveyancing
  2. Landlord and Tenant Matters, both commercial and residential
  3. Some residential conveyancing for long standing clients
  4. Development acquisition and plot Sales
  5. Option and overage agreements
  6. Promotion agreements
  7. Collaborating with other property professionals, including estate agents and accountants

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  1. Previous PQE in commercial and agricultural property law
  2. Strong knowledge of all aspects of property law
  3. Ability to manage your own caseload
  4. Competence in progressing commercial and agricultural property transactions and subsidiary documents
  5. Attention to detail, self-motivation, and reliability are also essential.
