We are currently in search of a highly skilled commercial property solicitor with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience to join our client's team in Kent. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters and make a valuable contribution to the growth and prosperity of the practice.

You will be managing a diverse caseload of Real Estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property development projects. You will also be conducting due diligence, negotiating contracts, and offering strategic legal advice to aid clients in achieving their business goals. This is all part of cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships and you will be representing the firm at networking events to identify new business prospects.
