The Commercial Property Solicitor's Role

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and landlord-tenant matters. Working closely with other senior solicitors, you will also handle high-profile clients, ensuring their legal needs are met with precision and expertise. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to advise on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, while contributing to the firm's continued success and reputation in the North West London market.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 6 years PQE in commercial property law
2. Strong experience handling a full range of commercial property transactions
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
4. A proactive, client-focused approach with a strong attention to detail
5. The ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
