Job description

Andy File Associates Limited is working as a Recruitment Agency on behalf of our client with regards to this permanent position.

Our client, a long-established general legal practice in Doncaster, deals with a wide area of law including Commercial Property, Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, Litigation, and Family. They are now looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team.

The position will involve a range of Commercial Property matters including:
  • Commercial and property transactions
  • This will typically include freehold and leasehold
  • Sale and purchases by individuals, companies, and Self-Invested Personal Pensions
  • Landlord and tenant, business sale and purchases, option agreements, and property financing.
Essential Experience

A suitable candidate for this role will have at least 1 year PQE; however, candidates that fall outside this criteria but have relevant knowledge and experience will also be considered.

They expect the candidate to be able to work relatively autonomously. Support will, however, be available when needed.

Salary is dependent on experience and up to £40,000. There is also a bonus scheme on offer with this role based on your fee income after a qualifying period.

Benefits include:

24 days holiday plus bank holidays. A further day after 5 years service and again after 10 years service. Standard NEST pension.
