The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ years PQE to join this forward-thinking firm in Bath. This role offers a varied and interesting caseload, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
• Lease management, lease renewals, and landlord/tenant matters
• Development projects and property finance
• Corporate transaction support

Working alongside a supportive multi-office team, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with specialists in planning, litigation, and construction. The role is client-facing, and you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while providing proactive legal advice.

The firm is looking for a solicitor with an interest in business development, someone who can forge new relationships and contribute to the department's growth and success.

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 1+ years PQE
