Commercial Property - Senior Solicitor - Up to £80,000 salary

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property lawyer to join a Legal 500, currently ranked Tier 3 for Commercial Property Firm’s Oxfordshire office.

The firm’s commercial property team handles a full range of matters including large corporate transactions for FTSE backed companies as well as privately run companies, acting for clients internationally, nationally and regionally.

Due to the high volume of work generated by the team, the department is the highest billing department in the firm. In response to this influx of work, the department is now seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Associate to work alongside existing partners, driving a resilient and varied legal practice.

The Commercial Property Solicitor will have experience in Acquisition of land for development, Promotion and Option Agreements, Planning and Infrastructure Agreements, Land Sales, Refinance Agreements, Leases and Sales of Investment Properties.

The Candidate
  • Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years post qualification experience or equivalent
  • Attend marketing/networking events for the firm to bring in work
  • Representing the firm through external/internal presentations
  • Ability to work to deadlines/targets, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with an eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
