Job Description

I have partnered with a leading Real Estate Consultancy. They currently have 3 offices, spread across London, Manchester, and Sussex.

My client is looking to hire a Senior Surveyor offering the opportunity to manage a diverse commercial portfolio including central London offices of up to 500,000 Sqft, some industrial, and retail. They work with a range of clients predominantly being Funds & Prop-Co’s.

This role will be specifically working out of the Central London office and will report into the Associate Director. My client gets most of their business through word of mouth and their reputation, which is a testament to the quality of service they provide for their clients.

This is an appropriate position for a surveyor looking for a more senior position or a Senior Surveyor looking to work in a dynamic team with a growth mindset.

They are looking to pay up to £60,000. The role will have 30 holiday days, private health care is covered, and there is a discretionary bonus.
