Location: Dorking
Salary: £40,000 DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:30

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and financial performance of a varied commercial property portfolio. This role is key to ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants receive excellent service, and financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the commercial property portfolio.
2. Ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
3. Oversee property maintenance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.

1. Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of property management principles.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
