Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00-17:30

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee the smooth operation, maintenance, and financial performance of a varied commercial property portfolio. This role is key to ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants receive excellent service, and financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties.
2. Manage tenant relationships and ensure satisfaction.
3. Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance.
4. Prepare and manage budgets for property operations.
5. Ensure compliance with property regulations and standards.

1. Proven experience as a Commercial Property Manager or similar role.
2. Strong understanding of property management and maintenance.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to manage budgets and financial reports.
5. Relevant certifications or licenses.
