Job Description:
Are you an experienced Surveyor or Senior Surveyor with specialist knowledge in Commercial Property Management and looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client is a unique Surveying practice with excellent longevity and an excellent calibre of clients. They operate with an agile, dedicated, and loyal team, known for the investment they place in client relationships and quality of service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Liaising with clients, building strong relationships
2. Managing all day-to-day aspects of a commercial property portfolio (mainly Retail)
3. Overseeing service charge budgets and ensuring financial accuracy
4. Conducting regular property inspections to maintain compliance
5. Preparing and issuing client reports within agreed timescales
6. Liaising with surveyors and accounts teams to maintain accurate financial records
7. Managing lease agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting
8. Effectively handling arrears and maintaining a comprehensive tenancy schedule

Requirements:

1. MRICS qualification preferred
2. Strong knowledge of property legislation, health & safety, and compliance
3. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
4. Enjoys a team and collaborative dynamic
5. Experience in commercial property management
6. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, tenants, and contractors
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good attention to detail
8. A full UK driving licence is required
