Hybrid working
One of the leading law firms in Reading region is looking to recruit a commercial property Solicitor to work on a wide variety of commercial property matters.
The firm is looking to recruit a real estate / commercial property lawyer with experience of dealing with a variety of commercial property legal matters.
This law firm’s commercial property practice deals with a range of commercial property matters including:
- Sales and purchases
- Commercial leases and landlord and tenant matters
- Property joint ventures
- Property matters in the hospitality and leisure sector
- Developments
- Property finance
- Corporate support
This law firm currently provides a wide range of commercial and private client legal services in addition to commercial property / real estate work, such as corporate and commercial law, commercial and property litigation, employment law, residential property, family law and private client.
