Commercial Property Lawyer - Exeter
Our client is a well-established local practice with an outstanding reputation and strong presence in the Exeter market.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Property Lawyer to bolster their highly regarded and successful commercial team in their Social Housing property team.
You will be advising a varied client base on a wide range of matters including:
To be considered you will be an experienced Property Lawyer with over 3 years of PQE who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. It is essential that you have experience in general commercial property work, including development, land assembly, and infrastructure as well as knowledge of planning agreements and commercial leases.
You should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.
