Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer looking for an exciting opportunity with a respected Birmingham-based law firm? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded practice, is seeking a talented solicitor to join their dynamic team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising clients on transactions, lease negotiations, development projects, and more. Strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a client-focused approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Handling lease renewals and landlord/tenant negotiations
  2. Managing property sales, purchases, and asset transactions
  3. Advising on development projects, site acquisitions, and planning matters
  4. Drafting and negotiating commercial property agreements
  5. Conducting due diligence, title investigations, and legal compliance checks

About You

  1. Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE in commercial property
  2. Strong experience in lease renewals, landlord & tenant matters, and property transactions
  3. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  4. Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  5. Commercially astute with strong client relationship skills
