About the Property Lawyer opportunity:
Sellick Partnership is proud to be working with Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council on an exclusive basis for the recruitment into their legal team. We are looking for a Property Lawyer to join the team on a permanent basis at a really exciting time.
Key responsibilities of the Property Lawyer role:
- Leases of industrial units and lease renewals.
- Right to buy matters.
- Option agreements and development agreements.
- Planning enforcements.
- Residential and commercial property.
- Sales and acquisitions.
- Highways matters.
- Landlord and tenant matters.
