Handle Recruitment is partnering with a global tech consumer brand to recruit a Commercial Operations Manager to help shape the future of retail operations.

In this role, you will manage key operational elements of market-leading affordability programs, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experiences. You'll collaborate across multiple departments to deliver innovative solutions and drive efficiency, all while managing partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing program operations including offer management, issue resolution, partner engagement, and financial controls.
• Supporting critical back-end processes to enable program execution.
• Processing invoices and reconciling transactions with external partners.
• Working cross-functionally on terms & conditions and pricing statements.
• Building strong relationships across teams to ensure operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in e-commerce operations support.
• Strong track record in managing consumer-facing programs and delivering business results.
• Expertise in Excel and data analysis.
• Copywriting experience (e.g., terms & conditions, user agreements).
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
