Position: EMEIA Commercial Operations Manager

Location: London, Greater London, United Kingdom

Weekly Hours: 38

Contract: 6 months (potential extension)

Work Type: Hybrid (3 days in the office/ 2WFH)

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Commercial Operations Manager to join a dynamic team focused on delivering innovative and impactful consumer-facing programs. In this role, you will manage operational elements such as offer management, issue escalation, partner engagement, and financial controls. You will also support the execution of critical backend processes, ensuring smooth program delivery.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, supporting the processing of invoices, handling monthly transaction reconciliation, and collaborating on the creation of terms & conditions and pricing statements. This role is essential for building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure the operational success of programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee operational elements including offer management, partner engagement, and financial controls
  • Assist with critical backend processes to ensure the successful delivery of programs
  • Support invoice processing and transaction reconciliation with internal teams and external vendors
  • Collaborate on terms & conditions copy and pricing statements
  • Foster and maintain cross-functional relationships to ensure efficient program operations

Key Qualifications

  • Proven success in managing consumer-facing programs, delivering strong business results and exceptional customer experiences
  • Self-starter with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve operational processes
  • Comfortable analyzing large data sets, identifying trends, and developing innovative solutions
  • Expertise in Excel for data analysis and financial management
  • 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce operations support
  • 1-2 years of external partner management experience
  • Strong copywriting skills, particularly for terms and conditions and user agreements
  • Financial reconciliation or control experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management processes is advantageous
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute strategies successfully
  • Strong focus on innovation and generating ideas that foster consensus and build partnerships
