The Role:
We’re currently recruiting a Commercial Operations Executive within our Commercial team to help us take things to the next level.
About You:
- You will support the management & development of the Club’s commercial rights, ensuring rights are effectively leveraged across all partnerships.
- You will assist the valuation and budgeting of the Club’s commercial rights in collaboration with other internal teams.
- You will work alongside the Club’s commercial teams to streamline processes by documenting workflows and identifying areas for improvement.
- You will help maintain data accuracy within Salesforce and assist in troubleshooting roadblocks with the technology team.
- You will learn to build reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide visibility and actionable insights to the Club’s partnerships team.
- You will support the analysis of commercial team performance by collating insights on key performance indicators for leadership reporting.
What you will bring:
- You will bring prior experience within sports partnerships, preferably within a rights-holder or agency environment.
- You will bring a good understanding of commercial revenue sources of global rights holders within sport.
- You will bring a good understanding of how commercial rights can be leveraged to deliver on partnership objectives.
- You will bring a growth mindset and be a natural self-starter with an ability to work autonomously across key business functions.
- You will bring a strong attention to detail and be comfortable analysing data and processes to inform strategic decision-making.
- You will bring a proactive approach by thinking ahead and generating innovative ideas.
- You will bring prior experience of Salesforce (preferred).
