Commercial Manager - Utilities

Required for expanding £50m p.a contractor.

Managing a growing team of Quantity Surveyors.

Long-term frameworks & private schemes within Water, Gas, & Telecoms.

SSA are currently recruiting for a Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor who is looking for a Commercial Manager to join their team working on a variety of Utilities projects across London & Home Counties.

They are involved in various frameworks within the Water, Gas, & Telecoms sectors and are looking for a Commercial Manager with experience working with NEC contracts, capable of managing a small team of Quantity Surveyors & Commercial Administrators to deliver the maximum return from their new and existing contracts.

They are able to offer a competitive salary, room for further progression within the business, and hybrid working.

Essential:

  • BSc/MSc/HND/HNC Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working with NEC contracts within the Civils, Utilities, Rail, Infrastructure sectors
  • Capacity to manage and grow a commercial team
