ESD are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in scaffolding to join our Clients team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Tier 1 contractors and will be well-versed in the scaffolding industry, particularly within a NASC accredited environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee commercial operations, ensuring profitability and compliance with industry standards.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with Tier 1 contractors to drive business growth.
3. Manage contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project budgets.
4. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of scaffolding services.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and NASC guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial management role within the scaffolding sector.
2. Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors and understanding their requirements.
3. Strong knowledge of NASC standards and scaffolding regulations.
4. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
