We are working with a 100-year-old Regional Building Contractor who has grown consistently over the last few years and is capable of taking on construction projects valued up to £40 million for a varied client base exclusively based in the North West of England.

They are privately owned, profitable, and active in several market sectors including Residential, Education, Healthcare, Extra Care, Commercial, and Industrial.

This is a new role reporting into a highly experienced Commercial Director and MD.

The Role:
Due to gradual and consistent growth, they are now in a position to recruit a Commercial Manager into their team.

The role has responsibility for a small and highly effective Quantity Surveying team.

This is a Director Designate position, and working alongside their Operations Manager, you will be expected to help lead the business in the future.

You:
They would like to recruit a Commercial Manager who has experience working for a Regional Building contractor in a similar role. They would also be keen to hear from Senior QSs or Managing QSs who are ready to take the step up into a Commercial Management role - they can support you with that transition.

You will need to be able to commute to their offices, so will likely live in Manchester.
