Salary: £45,000 - £85,000 + package

Requirements & The Role:
They are currently seeking multiple Commercial Managers at all levels to join their expanding UK Regional teams (with offices UK wide, you can be based in your nearest). These roles focus on overseeing procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, contract management, and stakeholder engagement within major public sector programmes. Working across Defence, Real Estate, and Infrastructure, the successful candidates will manage complex, high-value projects that contribute directly to national security and the future resilience of critical infrastructure.
The role demands a proven track record in procurement and commercial management, with a focus on developing strategies that deliver cost savings, ensure compliance, and drive operational excellence. A background in public sector procurement, including experience with PCR regulations, is highly desirable, but candidates from all diverse backgrounds will be considered. This consultancy values individuals with strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to manage a variety of stakeholders across complex, multi-disciplinary programmes.
