Commercial Manager FTC (1st April ‘25 – 31st August ’27)

Responsibilities

  2. Exploring new opportunities for commercial development

Experience Essentials

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual with extensive experience in a commercial setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, contract negotiation, and growing revenue streams, along with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence a wide range of groups.

You will need to be comfortable handling P&L responsibilities and meeting financial targets and KPIs. Experience in marketing, event management, and ideally in an educational environment is a big plus! We are seeking someone who’s tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and a proactive self-starter with a passion for results.

If you are a team player who is excited to take on new challenges and deliver against targets, this could be the perfect role for you! Due to the nature of the role, an enhanced DBS check will be required if you are offered the role. Please only apply if you are happy with this process.

Location

Our client is based in Oxford, with parking available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also access to a bus service from certain locations during term time. This is a fixed-term contract.

The client is willing to accept applications from full-time or part-time candidates. Working hours are 8.30am - 4.30pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break). There is some flexibility for an early start and early finish.
