The Role

Lead a £25m p/a SHDF framework in South East London
Manage & mentor a team of 4-6 QSs
Oversee contracts & stakeholder management
Ensure financial success and project efficiency
Report directly to the Commercial Director

A Senior QS looking for progression
Contractually competent with strong leadership skills
Proactive & commercially astute
Experience in affordable housing & refurbishments preferred
