Commercial Manager Job Overview

• Managing and overseeing all cost and contractual aspects of projects.
• Preparation and management of cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Monitoring profitability, cost/value reconciliation (CVRs), applications, and budget adherence.
• Effective communication and liaison with project teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Willingness to travel to various project sites across the UK as required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of materials, costs, contracts, and commercial risk management.
• Proficiency in relevant industry software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to profitability.
• Must be able to commute to the office and sites comfortably.
