Are you a flexible professional with a passion for Commercial Management? Our client, a leading organisation in the construction industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis!


This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on projects while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Location: Warrington
Full-time, permanent role
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and submit monthly interim applications for payments, ensuring timely cash flow.
  2. Raise and issue client invoices with precision and clarity.
  3. Conduct cash flow and workload forecasting to support project planning.
  4. Oversee internal and client programmes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Perform measurement and estimates to provide accurate project assessments.
  6. Conduct thorough project cost assessments and reconciliations for financial integrity.
  7. Produce and maintain pre-construction project budgets, adapting as necessary.
  8. Attend client meetings to understand their requirements and transform them into actionable business strategies.
  9. Navigate contract awareness and engage in negotiations to secure favourable terms.
  10. Manage subcontract packages and ensure timely payments.
  11. Identify and mitigate business risks to safeguard project success.
  12. Oversee material and plant procurement to meet project timelines.
