Job Title: Commercial Manager

Are you an experienced commercial professional with a background in both JCT & NEC forms of contract?

Would you like to work for a large, established contractor delivering projects across a range of different sectors?

On behalf of our client, we are looking to speak to experienced Commercial Managers who ideally have a background in construction. You will be responsible for the management of both JCT & NEC forms of contract across a wide range of different projects, up to the value of £20 million, including rail, bridges, infrastructure & commercial new build projects. Working alongside an established commercial team, you can expect support across all levels and growth within your career!

We would welcome conversations with Commercial Managers who:

1. Have experience in administering JCT & NEC forms of contracts
2. Are able to communicate across all levels
3. Will travel to projects across the South East when required
4. Can manage the commercial performance of each project
5. Possess an understanding of different software packages
