Job description

Position: Commercial Manager

Location: Peterborough with hybrid working available

Salary Guide: £80-105k (Neg DOE), Car/Allowance, Bonus and excellent benefits package

Our Client: Is a Tier 1 design and build engineering contractor operating predominantly in the water industry, who are delivering a significant proportion of Anglian Water's programme of clean and wastewater infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage commercial aspects of projects from inception to completion.
  2. Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  3. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  5. Lead negotiations and manage change orders.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or engineering sector.
  3. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
