Job description

Location: London – hybrid working

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a background in professional services to provide a key role in supporting an Oracle ERP rollout. You will be responsible for contract administration and supplier relationship management, ensuring key suppliers and contracts within your area of accountability are effectively managed. From monitoring key dates and milestones to overseeing supplier performance and dispute resolution, your expertise will be critical in driving success within this large-scale, complex programme.

In this role, you will work across a diverse and dynamic operating model, ensuring the smooth delivery of contractual obligations and effective contract management arrangements. Your responsibilities will include maintaining control over contractual deliverables, managing exit and transition strategies, and ensuring compliance with contractual communication protocols. We are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in supplier performance management and contract oversight in complex programmes in the public sector.

Key requirements:

  • Experience of managing contracts in a large scale, complex programme
  • Experience of working across a diverse and complex operating model in supporting the development and successful delivery of effective contract management arrangements
  • Experience of building positive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups; able to understand and manage multiple perspectives, build consensus and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in public sector procurement
