Location: Lincoln
Salary: £80,000 to £95,000 + car & package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join a leading main contractor in Lincoln. The Commercial Manager will be tasked with leading a small team of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors delivering a fast paced, high volume framework for a local authority. Your role will be to ensure the smooth commercial running of this major framework ensuring compliance with the agreed contracts and the overall successful delivery of the contract.

Main Responsibilities

1. Overseeing and implementing all commercial activities across the framework.
2. Ensuring that individual projects are completed within budget and in line with the agreed contractual arrangements.
3. Working with site teams to provide commercial and contractual support where required.
4. Ensuring the procurement of all suppliers and subcontractors is in line with company procedures.

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a Commercial Leadership role with day-to-day management of Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors.
2. An in-depth understanding of the NEC suite of contracts.
3. Experience working in highways maintenance, utilities or similar low value/high volume contracts.
4. Live within a reasonable commute of Lincoln.

1. Starting salary of £80,000 to £95,000.
