Commercial Manager

Evolve are working with a leading Pharmaceutical organisation specialising in Ophthalmology, who are seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team. You'll lead and expand key partnerships across multiple channels, driving strategic commercial plans, collaborating with marketing and engaging key influences to position the company and drive sales.

This is a full-time role working nationally.

Ideal Requirements for the Commercial Manager

1. Proven track record of achieving sales success, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
2. Experience in account management is essential.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - comfortable and capable of communicating with all levels within and outside of the business.
4. Customer focused with a high attention to detail.

Role Responsibilities for the Commercial Manager

1. Develop, build and maintain relationships to ensure long-term success.
2. Effectively manage large accounts to maximize company profits while staying within budget.
3. Identify, contact and attract prospective customers for new business opportunities.
4. Liaise with sales and marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new product launches.
